Harpoon RGB Wirless

I just bought the Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse. Every time I single click it is double clicking. I can't find any settings regarding this in iCue.

I'm having the same problem with the same mouse. A soft-reset seems to clear it up somewhat, but doesn't seem to completely cure it and it seems to get worse over time, again. I opened a support ticket last week and haven't had support get back to me yet.

I've had the harpoon only a few months, while my previous mouse is still being used 10+ years later.

I have that same problem. Chronic problem? The Corsair team is not supporting.

I vaguely wonder if the December firmware update was a/the culpirate. I too don't remember any issues till December, and after an update. Also, when I have CUE force update the firmware, the issue is way worse. almost every click registers as a double.

Probably the problem is related to the driver. Double-click issue after update.

 

I'm still waiting for the link for the old driver. But the corsair team runs very slowly.

They got back me in my support ticket.

Here's an older firmware you can flash. It didn't change anything at first. But i did a soft-reset after the downgrade and things seems much better. Not perfect, still some "sticking". But not quite the pain the **** to use. yet. For fun, I also dropped the polling-rate of the mouse form 1000 to 500.

Uninstall Icue

Install the new one

Clic on Firmware update in the Icue settings

Looks like it works for me with the 0.6.70 version
