anto543
I just bought myself a brand new pair of corsair vengeance 2000's and there is a noise like a piece of loose plastic or a ball in the right ear cup, everything else is working perfectly. It happens when I tilt the earcup. What's the problem here and how can I solve it?

anto543
Well, it's inside the ear cup, I can't actually see it.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 4, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 4, 2013 You can take off the earpad, and take off the blue decal (you can reapply it) to see whats loose inside. If you see nothing, and you still feel something loose, we can exchange it for you.

If the problem comes back I will try what you said. I appreciate the fast reply's and support Corsair offers. Cheers.
