bsanders03 Posted September 30, 2019 Share Posted September 30, 2019 So I have a new PC put together and it was working great. But I am having an issue with some of the fan RGBs and my LED strips. So what will happen is when I turn my PC on, the FAN RGBs and LED Strips will not turn on until after I get into the Windows Desktop. usually its about 5-8 seconds once the desktop is loaded. The memory always kicks on right away. Just my LED strips and 9 RGB fans do not light up. The fans are running fine, just no lights until after the desktop loads. Any advise? Corsair Employee Corsair Elito Posted October 3, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted October 3, 2019 Hi Could you tell me what fans you're currently using, do you have the lighting node pro, commander pro, or the RBG hub? if your're not using a hub they will not work with the software.
