Red color is off..Audio Visualizer.

Value R 255 G 0 B 0. And why is it no longer red but orange ?

This happens with the audio visualizer function.

any other place you set those values you get true red.

This plus the hanging after minutes of using audio visualizer....

I think your software dep needs to learn a valuable lesson, don't do **** you know nothing off. Because that is very clearly the case.
