Default HS1 issue

I just bought it today. It was fine when I installed driver. Later it stopped working, I keep getting rundll win32 error. AV didnt do anything.

I have reinstalled and uninstalled so many times. I am getting really fade up now :(

What OS do you have? Are you installing from the CD or from the drivers on the website (link's on the left). Have you traced the rundll32 error to its source?

Ofcourse I downloaded a new driver. I will post a screenshot later.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

I am having the same issue!

I have no idea why I get those. After that it crashes, it won't even start :(.

It's really bugging me right now. How to fix?

I use Avast Internet Security. I have disabled them and ran the software. Same crash error :(

Note: the drivers on the website are the same ones as on the CD.

I have the same problem with my new hs1 headset

I am not the only one I guess. Corsair need to make a new update to fix for 64 bit platform.

You are using Pro. I am using Ultimate. Difference can be spotted :)

Unless you're running bitlocker in Ultimate, it shouldn't matter.

I found a problem.

I open the corsair settings. Right. If I hit okay, its going to crash. To run settings box, I have to restart.

If I don't click on ok, there is no crash.



That is all I can do for the time being. It's up to Corsair to figure out this next.
