coinsen
Hi folks, I've got a new MP600 1 TB, but when I'm booting the Windows Installer (in UEFI mode, afaik) from my USB stick it fails to detect a disk. Is that really normal behaviour? I tried loading already some Z300 chipset drivers (yes, I'm running that SSD on Intel), but no success. Oh by the way, I can install and run Ubuntu just fine from that SSD. Thanks in advance Edited August 25, 2019 by coinsen
coinsen
SOLVED! After I re-created the USB install medium using this ugly "Windows Media Creation" tool it immediately recognised the SSD. It seems that my previous installation medium was no proper UEFI medium.
