kobenauf
On Windows 10, every time my computer goes to sleep, after waking, iCUE stops working properly. The colors on the Corsair RAM aren't what I set them to, and the fans controlled by Commander Pro are all defaulted back to a rainbow instead of what I set. Also, the Corsair CPU cooler I have falls back to a color pattern I didn't set. The Commander Pros show up in iCUE, but changing values doesn't change anything. Still rainbows. If I go Services, and restart Corsair Service, the light on the memory starts working, but the Commander Pros and cooler disappear from iCUE altogether, and the colors stay on the default rainbow colors. Rebooting fixes this, but that is not a solution. As a "workaround" it would essentially mean a major feature of Windows, i.e. sleep, would be disabled, which is not a solution. Is this something known or fixable?
Rob_The_Nailer
Same issue here. 11 LL140 fans and 6 LED strips with 2 Commander Pros and I’m constantly in “rainbow” mode. I would love to see if there is an easy solution for this.
Justy
My stop-gap solution is to (re)run iCue as an Administrator. That's not a good solution, but it's better than rebooting. Does anyone know a permanent solution?
