I just purchased another great product from you ( Vengeance 2000 Wireless Headset ) and I'm extremely happy with it so far, but there are some concerns here: 1. How come there is no battery indicator on the software to show how much of battery left and such, this is the first wireless headset that I owned that does not have this future built in the software. 2.Why does it take so long to charge it up, not sure if this is normal or not but mine takes about 4-5 hours to charge up. We have set up the headset so if the battery is getting low you will hear beeps in the headset. I would suggest after you hear the first few beeps to plug in an charge. Correct the software does now show battery life. It all depends on how lower you drain it for the charge. That many hours seems normal for a full charge if its pretty low.
