I just realized that perhaps from the get go, my PSU hybrid mode button has had no effect, because the fan keeps spinning regardless of the button position. I have waited several minutes after booting to W10 to make sure the computer has finished loading and wasn't putting much load on the PSU. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
