G keys won't launch CMD

this does appear to be a bug, I cannot get it to work without an abstraction like a batch file to run a CMD window. You can create a text file in notepad and just type

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

and hit save as commandprompt.bat or similar and make sure there is no .txt extension. Then point the g keys to it.

This should get fixed but no one at corsair monitors this forum I would open a support ticket to ask for a fix. Feel like this one has been asked before also.

This is what happens: (haven't tried the BAT yet but assuming it works)

It seems to launch the CMD but ends up with a non-visible window that you can't bring up in any way.

EDIT: actually the bat doesn't work either.

Edit2: Powershell same issue.
