rma my psu

Hey, i bought a new pc a month ago and the power supply is really buzzing, even with my headphones i can hear the buzz.

I've already spoken to corsair about advanced rma for the psu, i know that i need to pay the price of the psu with my credit card but what about the shipping fees? do i need to pay something? it's pretty hard to pay the shipping cause i live in israel and with a soldier salary i can't do that
