zim79 Posted June 1, 2020 Share Posted June 1, 2020 (edited) For what ever reason the mouse connects to my computer vi Blutooth or the dongle. All the buttons work yet I cant move the cursers and it wont function at all. I have tried a soft reset by turning the mouse off, holding down both mouse buttons, switching it to on. The lights start flashing red and then they stop, I have tried everything I can think of but no matter what the cursor wont move, Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this, is the mouse dead ? Edited to add, there is no light coming from the sensor underneath, I have two older mice that are wirless and work, one has a blue light and the other a red one.
