Corpser Posted November 30, 2019 Share Posted November 30, 2019 Been enjoying the keyboard thus far, except for the keys somewhat duplicating keystrokes sometimes, but now when I hit the esc key it for some reason acts like spacebar is also getting pushed. Any idea as to why that could be happening? I tried making a dummy profile in the iCUE to see if it was related to the profile and it isn't. Verified both firmware and software of iCUE are up to date. I even restarted the service under settings. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
c-attack Posted November 30, 2019 Share Posted November 30, 2019 Try deleting any actions you have in the Library, while leaving those in the actual profile alone. There are multiple threads in the iCUE and Keyboard sections discussing some of the ramifications. If clearing the Library works, best to stop there. If you just got the keyboard and don't have a lot of profiles to worry about, you can also roll back the v3.21. However, profiles are not backwards compatible, so you have to start over.
