Default Vengeance 2000, broken plastic in ear cup?

I just bought myself a brand new pair of corsair vengeance 2000's and there is a noise like a piece of loose plastic or a ball in the right ear cup, everything else is working perfectly. It happens when I tilt the earcup. What's the problem here and how can I solve it?

Well, it's inside the ear cup, I can't actually see it.

You can take off the earpad, and take off the blue decal (you can reapply it) to see whats loose inside. If you see nothing, and you still feel something loose, we can exchange it for you.

I jigged it around a bit and the loose piece is missing now, no noise. If the problem comes back I will try what you said. I appreciate the fast reply's and support Corsair offers.

Cheers.
