EXCL Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 Hi, I recently purchased a Lighting Node Pro and RGB Fan Hub with 2x SP120 Pro fans - and connected everything in order and as per the instructions. I've installed the iCue software and the LNP is being picked up. I configured it to reflect the setup but I'm not getting any lights turning on at all (nor have they ever turned on). I've tried combinations to see if it was the fan hub/strips; and tried plugging one light strip in at a time. I'm at a loss and not sure what else I can try, before sending it back for replacement? EXCL Posted June 5, 2020 Author Share Posted June 5, 2020 Thanks, yes I've connected both to SATA power and also tried a separate SATA power cable to double check. Fans are connected in ports 1 and 2. Tried connecting only 1 (in port 1), then tried the other to no effect. I've disconnected the fan hub also, but the LNP doesn't light up the strips either (i've tried strips individually to no effect). Out of curiosity, is the fan hub supposed to show up in the iCue software as a listed device? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
