Redroslyn Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 I've had the HS1 USB headset since the end of last November, and until now, I've had no problems with it. However, somehow, (and I'm afraid I suspect my roommate), the USB end has gotten slightly misshapen, and no longer fits into a USB slot. Nothing else is wrong with the headset, but I honestly have no idea how to fix this. Any suggestions? I'm willing to both do work myself, and take the headset in, if necessary.
