Disabling enhancements in Windows did not resolve the issue?
What FW and CUE version are you on? Which VOID headset are you using? USB or Wireless? |

With USB version you cannot turn off enhancements unless you completely delete CUE and drivers. The fix that was posted helps only with Wireless version I guess. With USB version - no chance, you simply cannot turn off enhancements with CUE installed. For me the only chance to use Discord or RaidCall is to delete CUE + drivers, reboot, turn off enhancements and be on stereo mode and do not use anything that you could with CUE. So my solution sucks. |

2. It's been 2.5 months since this problem was posted on the forums. 3. I've read full thread long ago. 4. Developers can simply allow us to tick / untick sound enhancements with the new set of drivers and the problem would be fixed already. 5. VOID USB version never had a firmware update. I just got a VOID wireless today and noticed the same issue with Discord. However, it is working fine now. When I first started to use the EQ in the CUE software, it actually crashed and wouldn't load back up until I restarted my pc. Haven't had the issue since. BUT, I also had Windows 10 (Pro x64) give me a pop up that stated enhancements associated with the headset were causing problems and that I could disable them. I told it yes, and haven't had a problem since and the CUE software works fine as well.
Hopefully the issue won't rear it's head again. EDIT: Ok, I didn't realize disabling enhancements basically disabled CUE... so yeah, this is definitely no fix. Oddly enough, using Discord through the browser works perfectly fine. It's only the desktop application that will not pass the audio through. I'll be using the web app until this is fixed. I HOPE it gets fixed, because this is very annoying. Last edited by MaelstromOC; 01-01-2016 at 09:12 PM. |

This is ridiculos now, so many months without any fix to the problems, a headset that is £90-£100 and the developers seems to not care even though it is clearly a large issue for many of their customers!

Hi all,
We are still working with Discord directly to address this issue, but at the moment we're unsure what is causing this issue on our end and Discord is unable to find out what the issue is on their end. At the moment we suspect it is OS related since it doesn't affect everyone with VOID. We will continue to work with Discord to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience. |

If YOU actually decided to GOOGLE the problem, you would see that A TON of headsets has the issue.. Corsair is not at fault here. Plus a lot of crashing issues and other issues on Discord. Anyways.. get a real VOIP program like Teamspeak instead of Discord. Discord is obviously still in beta with all the issues it has. |

Yea tbh it must be..
That's the only logical reason why Teamspeak and Skype has no problems using the headset.. Say, you have 10 cars. All of them petrol. You put in the same fuel in all of them, and 2 of them doesn't run properly, The other 8 runs fíne for years. Is it really the fuel that's at fault?. That's the argument that you are trying to make with the statement above. |
