Darkkhelmet Posted July 22, 2020 Share Posted July 22, 2020 I've been using these headphones for some time but it seems over time the audio output has decreased. The mic is fine but even with the volume all the way up it's difficult to hear the game not the person I'm speaking with. The way I use them may be a bit unconventional but it's always been that way. Basically I use the Blizzard app for chat and direct the game sounds to the HS60's. I used to be able to hear everything with the volume wheel at half or more. The Cue volume is at max and so is the PC volume. Is there any other way of increasing the output? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
