Default Cant uninstall iCUE

So my CUE updated a few days ago to iCUE. everything was working but then the fans wouldnt stay in the set color i chose, only the RGB strips, and now my node wont show up as a device on iCUE. I tried uninstalling iCUE but i kept getting a message saying "can stop corsair services, make you sure you have the privilege to stop this service"I tried installing it again and the same message pops up i also tried deleting the folder and it says that its open.
Please help.
