Blue Shark9 Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 Hey there, I purchased a 2nd K95 Platinum with brown keys so I could take my other one to the office. With this new one, the rubber feet are peeling off in one spot. It's kind of annoying at this point since it's a brand new keyboard and the other one has had no issues with the rubber feet. c-attack Posted April 9, 2020 Share Posted April 9, 2020 Contact Corsair Support through the Ticket System link in the header at the top of this page. If the keyboard is brand new, it shouldn't be pealing. I am not sure if they send just the feet or have something else in mind, but starting the support ticket is step one to either.
