Dawkness Posted September 17, 2019 Share Posted September 17, 2019 Recently with the Insider Program for Halo, Age of Empires, and Flight Simulator you submit a DxDiag Info file and for some reason I cant save it in XML format. When I have iCUE and my ST100 connected it does not want to save the file in XML format but I can save it in a TXT format. To get DxDiag to save in XML I have to uninstall iCUE and disconnect my ST100. I've reinstalled iCUE and Windows just to be sure that windows was not the issue. I think it's due to an unprintable (and unusual) character in the Description of the ST100 that's not being encoded into XML properly.
