GreenwichSi Posted November 16, 2016 Share Posted November 16, 2016 Hey, Just bought a void wireless, plugged it in and all was working fine. I then updated the software and, all of a sudden, the volume slider won't alter the volume. It'll switch between stereo/dolby happily enough by pressing it but when I go to alter the volume, I see the current volume level pop up along with the track I'm listening to in spotify but it won't change. The volume doesn't change if I manually move that slider, BUT alters if I change the volume in spotify or via the volume mixer in windows system tray (using win 10). Any suggestions? Toasted Posted November 17, 2016 Share Posted November 17, 2016 Reflash the firmware in CUE by force flashing it and see if that changes anything.
