Default Corsair Link 4 wont start - Windows 10

Not sure why it stopped working, have done a little debugging of my own to try to track this down. Nothing worked yet. anyone have any ideas? You should also be able to see my PC specs in my drop down, if you were wondering.

what i have done,
  1. Uninstalled All Asus software.
  2. Uninstalled - then reinstalled.
    • made sure everything was gone(Services & files) from CL4.
    • restarted then reinstalled.
  3. Tried multiple versions of CL4.
    • v4.7.0.77
    • v4.8.2.1
    • v4.9.7.35
  4. Verifying repository of WMI.

tried what was there. Didn't work for me. They did have almost the same error i did.
