Austin283874 Posted September 22, 2019 Share Posted September 22, 2019 Recently I upgraded my 1700x to a 3700x which was a simple as updating the BIOS and dropping it in. There have been no issues except that my volume up and down keys as well as the windows lock keys stopped working on my k65 LUX. I have had this issue in the past and for some reason it resolved itself but now it happened again. I have restarted the HID service and set it to automatic startup that did nothing. This will clear the keyboard internal memory, which often corrects issues such as the one you are experiencing. Please follow the directions below: 1: Unplug the keyboard. 2: Press the Esc key 3: While holding the Esc key, plug in the keyboard. 4: Hold the key down for 10 seconds. 5: Release the key. if this doesn't help, I would suggest creating a technical support ticket for further trouble shooting.
