StavrosVon Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 Hi Guys, Just want to check I am not being an idiot before I RMA a K95 RGB I recieved today. I have plugged it into all available USB ports (both 2.0 and 3.0) following the instructions (cable with the arrows first then the keyboard one). The keyboard shows no signs of life, no lights, no keys work and no key presses or devices are detected in Windows. I have updated my motherboard firmware and usb drivers and tried the keyboard on my Macbook Pro (running windows) and still no life. I get the 'No Device Detected' message from CUE and as far as I can tell this means no way to update the firmware. Anything I am missing? Or is it just dead? terabyte Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 Have you tried if it works in BIOS mode? There is a switch for that. If it doesn't work in that mode either it's probably dead as you think and you should RMA it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
