Adam802
Just opened my new K95 RGB Platinum and noticed some keycaps were not all the way in. I needed to push them down to 'pop' them in all the way. Anyone else experience this? Btw, the keyboard works perfectly and there's nothing wrong at all (this isnt really a big deal and i'm sure they just got loose while shipping), was just wondering if anyone else had this and how common it was. Thanks.
dkip05
I noticed this on my K70 today and I've had this thing for a couple months now. I was looking at my keyboard and the E key was noticeably lower than the W. I removed the cap to look at the switch and make sure it wasn't sticking. Then I pressed down on my W cap with a little more force than I would use to type and it fully seated itself. Went around and every other key was the same. The typing feel is MUCH better when they're fully seated. Maybe this is an assembly thing where the people (or machines) putting the keycaps on are not applying enough force?
