Alcasczar Posted September 1, 2019 Share Posted September 1, 2019 Anyone have any ideas how I can get the saved profile from my scimitar Mouse back? recently installed 3.19 and it's bugged , causing lots of CPU activity so I had to uninstall and re-install 3.18.77. Astral85 Posted September 2, 2019 Share Posted September 2, 2019 Unfortunately when you revert back to a previous iCUE version after upgrading to the latest version your profiles are no longer compatible. You should always back up the C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Corsair folder and storing them safely prior to doing any of the updates. If you need to revert you would copy this folder back. Do you have backup software making daily images? You could restore your Corsair folder from an earlier backup or if you have a few restore points restore back to an earlier point and grab the AppData\Roaming\Corsair folder.
