Unhappy Corsair Warranty in Indonesia

I bought one pack of TWIN2X2048-6400C4 in newegg around two months ago.
Unfortunately after being used, one of the sticks went bad around a week ago.
Last weekend I tried to RMA those sticks to Indonesia's Corsair Distributor (Dimensi Tiga), since I live in Indonesia.
They checked the sticks and admitted that one of them is faulty.
But they rejected to replace it since the sticks were not bought in Indonesia.

My question is :
What is the warranty policy for Corsair product ?
Isn't it an international warranty ?
Because last time I bought Mushkin in US and then got them replaced in Indonesia, there was not any problem. The Mushkin's distributor in Indonesia was happily replaced with the new one.

Let's get them replaced directly, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them.

Thanks for your help.
I have received the RMA # thru email.
Apparently there was error in Corsair's system since I received 4-5 RMA #.

However I can't find a statement, Corsair could accommodate international shipment. Please confirm whether it can or cannot.

Corsair's warranty is worldwide. Yes, they'll be able to ship you replacement memory.
