If it's a H100iV2 or a H80iV2 then I assume you have connected it to the CPU_FAN header. Assuming so then you need to disable fan control for the CPU_FAN header in the BIOS to the cooler get's the constant +12 volts that it needs. Once you do this the speed should be reported by the BIOS at aroung 900 RPM.

As I recall to disable it for your motherboard you should select PWM mode and full speed.
