FYI I have this model. The reviews are right, these headphones sound great, and are pretty comfortable. Corsair took forever to get the driver and software working right in Windows 8, so I wouldn't expect them to be quick in fixing issues in Windows 10. Mine happens to work just fine, so its not impossible. I highly recommend you look at alternatives.
