I managed to fix it. Let the headset run out of power then plug it back in and it will work. Do the update straight away. I'm not overly happy with Corsair, they are meant to be a quality brand yet after almost 12 months they still can get this sorted out.

I just had my VOIDs go into bootloader mode i think. They wont turn on or charge. I tried the steps that Chris provided and i cant update the drivers as the headset wont turn on. Someone please help.
