  1. Had an update for the Corsair iCue program, and later came some prompts for a firmware update for both Virtuoso SE, and Dark Core Pro. Updated both, and update shows both correctly in the settings, but after a restart of my computer it's prompting again saying there's an update. Is this a known bug?
  2. People keep complaining of issues when apparently they have been using the wrong ports. Those black ports are USB 2.0. You should be using it with 3.0. I've had literally 0 issues when using a powered USB 3.0 port. The only issue I had was with the light going off on the dongle, and turning red when using the headset again. Now with the latest iCUE version, the dongle light doesn't even come on at all.
  3. It's a known issue, but to get the light back, you don't need to restart your entire computer. Just toggle between wireless and wired, and it will come back.
  4. Figured I would chime in. I just got my headset today. No problems at all with it. No battery problems either. I turned off the RGB, since when I read reviews last year, it claimed that it drained the battery significantly. I'm using the wireless dongle on a USB 3.0 port, and have no issues crackling or anything.
  5. Thought I'd chime in as well. Just recently purchased an H100i RGB Platinum. ICUE casues BSOD's when trying to stream. Ended up uninstalling, and everything works perfectly fine again. I only got 6 days left, before I need to return this and go back to a Noctua cooler, since there's no fuss or anything there.
