Seems a bit late but i think i know this one...

FN41's arent too supportive to anything above 333... u have to manually set it to 333 or SPD will do it for you on the bios... If it doesnt... flash...

I have a pair of mixed VS1GB533D2.
It works fine and no problems exist but one thing i found out using Sandra is that my Dual channeled ram run at 64bit... not 128bit.

I bought a VS1GB533D2 about 3~4 months ago for my PC and i finally felt the urge to get another one... but when i got my second one, the memory modules on the stick are 1/2 the size of the first one...
