  1. Likes I can at least see my H80is temp and fan speeds..... since Corsair Link 4 refuses to work anymore. I can match the cpu pump rgb light color to my EVGA RTX 2080s RGB color. Dislikes Tbh I don`t really care much about ICUES lighting control etc. Which seems to me to be the main focus of ICUE. Very much a fan of basic lighting controls. inshort I`d rather have more robust focussed hardware cooling features as apposed to something seemingly more tailored for lighting control. In comparison to what Corsair Link 4 USE to offer for my H Series coolers for example, ICUE is as bare bones as it gets. My H80i barely seems like an after thought. For my needs, CL 4 did more, and looked better. Felt better/robust. Well thought out. Was more intuitive to use. Gotta be honest. I like dedicated software. Imho any software I have seen that tried to cover all bases, they always end up mediocre and lacking alround.
  2. Link is at the end of it`s life? Corsair Link 4 was awesome when it worked. iCue. Yes it does see my H80i vers. 2. But it is nowhere near as good looking or robust an app for my cooler as Corsair Link was. Gotta be honest. It looks half baked and not ready for prime time. Now that I have ICue running, I would rather have a working Corsair Link than ICue. Corsair Link was amazing incomparison, and it will be/is missed greatly.
  3. I would try it, but cannot find 4.9.5.25 in the downloads section. Thx. addendum; I was able to find a vers. 4.9.5.25. Installed and..... nothing. For whatever reason Corsair Link just will not detect my H80i vers. 2. Well, it detects nothing now. And after I open the Link applet and see nothing displayed, not long after the applet just crashes and disappears. So it won`t stay open on its own. I should never have upgraded as it was working great. I just wish I could go back to the version that was working but I cannot remember which it was. Funny how ICue doesn`t have any issues with seeing my H80i vers. 2, but Corsair Link 4 MADE to do this can no longer do this? Surely there is a Code Monkey over at Corsair who has got his shiz together that can fix this issue? If I had to make a guess, it seems like this would be a great way to force everyone to adopt iCue. Funny how magicly after an update, Link no longer works.
  4. I haven t changed anything actually. The only thing I did was upgrade to the latest Corsair Link 4. Now when I open Corsair Link 4, all you see is the applet. It doesn`t see any of my hardware anymore since this morning. So it seems that Corsair no longer supports the H80i Vers. 2 I guess. So I`ll check around for a similar cooling product..... from another maker.
  5. Nope, none of that helped. After a lot of uninstalls and reinstalls of the latest Corsair Link 4 to no avail today..... I was going to give up on my H80i Vers. 2. Freaking sad how it just decided to not see any of my hardware. At any rate, I uninstalled and on a lark decided to give iCue a try. And say by golly.... iCue recognised my H80i Vers. 2. I was able to change to the Extreme fan profile for cooling. And set my RGB to a Green color that matches my EVGA RTX 2080 FTW 3. Aaaah well. I have to add that the Link applet will not stay open long enough to go through the steps from the OP. It just auto closes/crashes after about 10 seconds.
  6. I don`t use Icue. And like the OP, my latest Corsair Link 4 shows absolutely no devices for my H80i Vers. 2..... started this morning.
  7. I have the exact same issue. Funny how there is still no fix for this. I have been with this product since it was called COOLiT. Corsair bought them out apparently. I`d really hate to have to find another cooling solution, but your post is 6 months old. Aaaaah well.
  8. I just loaded up the latest Corsair Link 4. And it was working fine for me. Today I go to look at it and see the app has crashed. And When I open it from the taskbar link, it opens and shows nothing. Just the Link applet. No info, nothing. . I have uninstalled and reinstalled. But again. It`s like the software cannot see my Corsair H80i Vers. 2. Sorry I upgraded. Are there any links to the earlier version that actually works? Thx. Windows 10 Pro vers. 1903
