I ask because versions after 3.18.77 but before 3.21.88 had an issue where it ran on one core mostly and cause lots of studdering in games?

For me, 3.18.77 has been the most recent stable build so far. I've tried 3.19 and 3.20 and had to revert back after a day or so.
