  1. The Vengeance LPX are about the lowest height RAM with heatspreaders that you will find. If the problem is something that you can resolve by lower height RAM, I would assume that would take care of your clearance issues. On the otherhand, I'd probably recommend running your h100 at the front of the case for optimal temps and performance.
  2. I can't say for certain, but you could definitely find out by measuring the distance from the bottom of the case on the interior to the motherboard. If this distance is less than the thickness of the radiator/fans, then no, it would not fit. I'm inclined to believe that it would fit as I managed to modify a CableMod Vertical GPU mount and fit a 240mm radiator at the bottom of my Corsair 280x.
