DennisM
While playing in game, particulary PUBG the audio levels increase and decrease randomly, they become uncomfortably loud for a short time, then normalize again, mostly ambient noise such as standing wind, or parachuting. Dolby audio enabled, and fps pre-set selected, all other presets off. I've reinstalled the software once already, but the issue persists, it just bounces back and forth from loud to normal seemingly ranomdly, even while standing motionless. Windows 10 All audio devices disabled aside from headset. *RESOLVED* PUBG game bug.
Toasted
Is the actual volume in Windows increasing? Does the volume increase randomly for other applications?
DennisM
No, it's just ambient noise in PUBG and PUBG only, it seems to be a game bug and nothing to do with the actual headset, I over reacted because I'd had the headset for a few hours. Basically running around in-game the ambient wind will go from what you might consider indoor levels to outdoor levels, randomly all the time. From what I understand it's just bad programming on the games side.
