I just recently bought this headset. Is it normal for one of ear cuffs to move slightly?

Is it normal to have your Ear Cuff Frame move slightly?

the random disconnects hasn't happen for a couple of months now. In the past few days , its been disconnecting and having a lot of static noise coming form the headset. I have tried all the solutions that was recommended( such as putting it to the back of the computer, removing any interference from the area). Is there any else that i could do to prevent this issue
