I think what you mean to say is it's completely unacceptable for a pair of $200 headphones.

I live pretty close to the Corsair headquarters. I might just take them there and tell them I want my money back. I no longer have the box since they worked for about a week after I got them, but I'm ready for my money back.

You sound like you're having a lot of the same problems I am. To my knowledge there is no fix yet.

Bumping this to say that my problems keep getting worse. Now I will randomly have crackling sound. If I try to restart the headset to fix it, I sometimes get my sound completely reversed (left becomes right, back becomes front, etc.) It's a little ridiculous how long this has apparently been an issue for this product. Either fix it or give us our money back. I didn't pay for a premium headset only to be plagued with issues that simply shouldn't exist.

I only see 3.27 here on the forums, and nothing in the downloads section.

I've been having an issue with my Virtuoso SEs where muting the mic causes an intermittent static pulsing in my right ear. It's pretty faint, but definitely noticeable. As soon as I unmute the mic it goes away. Running headset firmware 0.17.149 and dongle firmware 0.16.80 Edit - It's no longer only when the mic is muted, but it seems to only happen when connected over wireless. If I plug in the USB cable while in wireless mode, the noise goes away.
