  1. I have had this same problem. Remove Amoury Crate using its uninstaller tool (you can search for it on the web); do not use Windows uninstaller or try to delete the files yourself. Shutdown the computer and wait 30 sec. Reboot and download the latest version from the web. Install with administrator permissions. Shutdown again and wait 30 sec. Reboot. If using icue do not start Amoury crate; icue only needs the service running in the background. Try this and see if it corrects your issues.
  2. Are you using Amoury Crate? If so, use the Armoury Crate uninstaller software, and then reboot without AC running. Is there other software running that may be trying to take-over control of any usb ports?
  3. There is a new firmware update. I installed it and it works correctly now.
  4. Problems with USB connect/disconnect sounds are difficult to diagnose. I suggest the following: 1. Disconnect all USB devices, except for the keyboard and mouse, and see if the issue goes away; reconnect usb devices one at a time; if it occurs, you either have a defective driver or defective device; try doing an in-place Windows upgrade to replace the drivers with Windows provided ones. 2. Reconnect one usb device at a time and see if the error occurs; if it does it is probably a bad usb cable; this happens if the cable is pulled off often. 3. If you believe the usb cable is ok, the device is probably defective. Remove it and reinstall the remaining devices and listen for the connect/disconnect sound. If none, you found the issue. 4. Sometimes it could be a disk error; run a full disk chkdsk looking for errors; check the entire drive, including the unused portions. 5. I have had a bad memory stick present the same issue; run a memory diagnostic.
  5. Amoury Crate and icue have a difficult relationship. To avoid conflicts, try going into services.msc, find the Amoury Crate entry, and set it to delay start. This allows icue to load first and grab the icue hardware first.

  8. Some of the screens that display with a new install are automatically created from the devices in your system. For example, I have a Commander Pro, and the Nexus setup creates a screen element that rotates through all of the CPU core temperatures in a single element/button (it appears as a screen overlay); there is one for voltage, too. I am unable to duplicate/copy that element into my own screens. So, I do I create them?
  9. Yes I have that same problem. Seems like the screen goes to sleep; if I use my finger to drag left to select the next screen it relights. I have not been able to see a timeout function.
  10. The screw is inserted into the top door hinge (there is a vertical threaded hole through the center of the hinge). It is meant to keep the door from being lifted up and off its hinges.
  11. I found the "Stalwart 75-MOV1002 Wheeled Furniture Mover Dolly" for $17 on Amazon. It is flat and is the same width as the Corsair 1000D case, but not quite as long. It has four raised, rubber pads for securing the case from sliding around when moving it. It also does not block the glass doors on the sides from opening.
  12. The 1000D case is heavy, especially after loading up the insides with all sorts of stuff. Has anyone found a set of wheels that can attach to the bottom? I am using a small, carpeted furniture dolly but it is too easy to tip over.
