  1. Which news? I have it and it's been working for months now. And in latest updates recognising the keyboard has been easier than ever after restart. Just unplug and plug back in and it works. Used to be such a hassle with force quitting and restarting iCUE.
  2. Yes it is, I'm using it. Just be aware (that in my case MBP 2015 13") every time I shut down and turn on computer it doesn't detect keyboard right away. It takes some force quitting and replugging to get it working again. Safest bet is to unplug for turning it on and once logged into Mac plug it back in.
  3. 3.16 is working again. Lighting issue gone. Good job Corsair
  4. Step 1: Update iCUE Step 2: enjoy fixed version of iCUE
  5. I've noticed that after updating iCUE to latest 3.16 my Dark Core RGB lighting effects are freezing randomly after waking up Mac. Nothing hugely annoying but still seems to be a bug. Have noticed it 3 times now in 2 days.
  6. Seems then like it's iCue wide and not just K95 RGB Platinum with which I have the exact same issue. But I don't have 3.14. laying around which had the lighting effect working perfectly
  7. I just updated iCUE to 3.15.101 and the lighting effects for my K95 RGB keyboard broke. This is just unbearable. Thank you for fixing QuickTime issues but this is bad bug. I had set up custom lighting effect so that only one key lights up when it's pressed but now everything is just blue and it's annoying. Keyboard software is latest 3.21.7168. Please fix it. And thank you for your work so far
  8. I'd like to report that the latest iCUE version (3.13.94) completely destroys QuickTime, even when I have quitted iCUE itself. The error message I get it "QuickTime Player quit unexpectedly while using the CorsairAudio plug-in.". I'm sure the issue is there as when I uninstalled iCUE and reloaded previous version 3.12.xx QuickTime worked perfectly. I'm hoping for a quick fix because not being able to watch videos is painful.
  9. Now I can say with confidence that this also happens when Mac doesn't even go to sleep but just after some time lighting effects crash/freeze but hotkeys still continue working without issues. Crash/freeze usually happens when iCUE changes profiles due to having different lighting effects tied to different programs.
  10. I'm having issues with my K95 RGB Platinum on 2015 MacBook Pro. After I got software updated with Windows machine I set everything up on Mac and now almost every time it goes to sleep the lighting will be solid white aka "static color" (screenshot of lighting setup coming) and "gradient" lighting effects won't work anymore without force closing iCUE and reopening. Just quitting will crash iCUE. All the hotkeys or stuff that I've changed still works after Mac goes to sleep. All the crashes and freezes and stuff started after my keyboard got updated (I've been using Dark Core mouse for months now). iCUE is latest 3.12.118 and K95 software is 3.21.7168 and for both it says it's the latest.
  11. Hi, I just wanted to say that updating to 3.10 from 3.9 from iCUE itself was broken for me. Also uninstaller didn't work but just downloading new .dmg file and installing it worked perfectly so all good and profiles also didn't go anywhere. Error for uninstalling was *Error while iCUE uninstall occured. Some files and/or folders are broken* and for updating the message was *iCUE has detected and error during the update process and has stopped the download. Please restart the application and try again or contact out support teams for assistance.* Before I went to download new .dmg file I restarted app and computer just to be safe and still the same messages. Maybe now after fresh install new updates will work, gonna have to see.
