Well I cant control fan curves under the new software now can I? Is that called working to you?
If you call hardware that was purchased from a store a year ago old then that is pretty poor customer service on corsairs part, I literally saw this cooler at my local Best Buy last week, if this hardware is old and no longer supported corsair should be pulling it from shelves. this was not a cheap cooler and yes it could run on icue 3 but with the way icue3 runs which 50% of the time and is requiring service restarts then how long before it dies all together because it is not being serviced anymore.. I would prefer to use the new software with its updates thank you very much, especially after the amount I have paid for it.
All I am asking its that my gaming hardware be supported, and if that means switching to another vendor then that's my choice to make and is corsairs loss because more will eventually follow.
There is literally no reason to not support this hardware or provide any control to the fans that are plugged into it that are still currently supported by ICUE 4, so maybe you don't understand my frustration and Yes other vendors do discontinue old hardware, many years past when they pull it from shelves. not a year, so if its so hard to include drivers that have never been updated in the first place for a new piece of software then maybe its corsair that should step away from the tech world and make way for the companies who will value the customers that support them with many full system builds like I have done.....
All I can say is this is going to look great when this is snipped and shared with the public, this response from a Corsair representative is sad and is not going to look the greatest, but thanks for your response none the less.
