this is absolutely crazy that they rushed out an unfinished product want to charge us more to complete it. yeah if i can afford a $180 case I can probably afford $4, but it's the principle. and of course the white one is OoS and if comes back, shipping is $10... i used to be a big fan of their chassis, even with the proprietary connectors as someone who just bought 9 HD/SP fans, Commander Pro hub, K90 Platinum kb I'm really disappointed at the 1500W arriving dead as with this PSU cover debacle. if customer service can't send me the cover free of charge, they've lost my business for good.
