Finally figured it out, uninstalled 3.24.52 and installed 3.23.66 I can now clear K70 on-board storage and save profiles.

I received this keyboard brand new and cannot clear onboard storage or write my saved profiles. Nothing happens at all when I initiate these tasks. KB firmware - 3.24 ICUE - 3.24.52 Does anyone have any advice?
