  1. I too am starting to question my integrity with Corsair products. Don't get me wrong their K95 Platinum is an amazing keyboard, and I have very few issues with my void wireless save for the overly sensitive mic. I feel they're mainly lacking in the mouse department. I'd hate to see my Ironclaw Wireless go, but at some point it may be time to make the switch.
  2. Corsair Ironclaw Wireless users, has this update fixed the issue with the mouse randomly losing its profile settings and going to default? Still waiting on a fix.
  3. No fix as of late, do NOT update to this firmware if you own an ironclaw wireless. Stick to the current stable firmware v3.21.88 and do not update mouse and dongle firmware. Still no response from Corsair after this issue has been present for months! Rather concerning that this is taking so long.
  4. Corsair Ironclaw wireless users steer clear of this update. I had the same problem with a previous update where my mouse in wireless mode keeps switching to its stock DPI, and the profiles I delete turn up again. This issue really needs to be resolved as there seems to be no solution but to downgrade icue.
  5. I'd avoid upgrading firmware for now. Currently having an issue where I'm playing Modern Warfare and my Ironclaw just loses its settings and the DPI changes. Yet in Icue it all looks normal. Even resetting the mouse doesn't fix this.
  6. After this installation, my Corsair Ironclaw RGB Wireless keeps losing my default profile and DPI settings. The DPI indicator also changes to blue, but when I open the app it still has the default profile selected. Tried turning the mouse off and on which makes it go back to normal but then it does the same thing again after a while. Will try downgrading icue and reinstalling the latest mouse firmware.
  7. Been having this issue from since I bought this mouse. When booting up from a cold boot all my hardware except for the Glaive is detected. My Glaive doesn't work until I plug it out and plug it back in again. I've tried several solutions such as; - disabling fast boot in BIOS - using other USB ports - uninstalling and reinstalling drivers - updating chipset drivers - reinstalling iCUE Now funny enough when I uninstalled iCUE from my system and did another cold boot the mouse was detected just fine! So correct me if I'm wrong but it's looking like an iCUE issue here. I'm running the latest version after an update today and the issue still persists! Am I alone with this problem or is there a fix? EDIT This issue has now been resolved. It was due to the PC not being plugged into a wall socket and receiving constant power. Previously it was plugged into a surge protecter power strip which was turned off every night, for some reason when powering on the mouse would not receive power upon boot. Now it is left plugged into a wall socket that is left switched on and the mouse now boots up with everything else.
