  1. I have the iCUE v4.12.214 and under HS60 Haptic Device Settings there nothing showing options to force firmware and under updates, no headsets showing. Here are images to show my only options:
  2. WoW! Not one person? Great to see Forum is active.
  3. The Corsair HS60 Haptic when I put it down for a few minutes it turns off? When I go back to unpausing a movie or video I hear no sound and then within a few seconds, I hear "Mic on"... I go look into iCue to see if that's a feature you can turn off and I see nothing under settings or device settings... I would like to know if it's a feature built-in the headset or my PC is causing this issue?
  4. I was going to say from the start, why are you using the old corsair Link? What are your specifications? I would be using the iCue which is an up to date software compared to the old Link. Both my kids have their own build using the RGB LL120mm with no issues under iCue.
  5. Will Corsair come out with SF PSU in 850w-1000w ??
  6. Hey, have you tried doing a (Forced Firmware Update)? The reason why I say this, I had an issue with 1 out of 8 Fans. I couldn't control the RPM it was stuck on 900/RPM, then I replaced it with a new the Fan and I was having the same issue. Zotty on the forum helped me, by telling me about trying the (Forced Firmware Update) and that fixed my issue.
  7. Thank You!!:headbang:... The forced firmware update fixed it!:sunglasse
  8. Hey' can anyone help me with a issue I'm having which I noticed after replacing the first Faulty Fan. On my setup I have 8 Fans total, now I only have 6 Fans directly to The Commander Pro and I have 2 Lighting Nodes connected to it. - The Commander Pro has 6 QL 120mm Fans powered and all 6 lighting wire are connected to 1st USB Lighting Node. - On the 2nd USB Lighting Node I just have the 2 QL 140mm Fans lighting wires connected, because I have the Fans powered by the NZXT Z63 and I can control the RPM through NZXT CAM. - The first time I set the system up the 6 QL 120mm Fan light wasn't working, but it was powered and the fans are (Blowing Air) -> I read someones comment on Corsair to switch the wires around and that kind of fix the issue for me, but this time around 1 out the 6 was not lighting up? I was able to control the fans RPM, except for that 1 Fan and it would stay stuck at 900/RPM. - So, I went ahead and purchased another pack of 3 Corsair QL RGB, I replaced the faulty fan and there we go the fan is powered up and the lighting works! ** So here's the problem** That new Fan I just installed, I can't control the RPM it stays stuck on 900/RPM, other Fans I can control ... What could be the caused of the New Fan not being able to go higher than 900/RPM?
  9. Maybe you can help with this: I'm still having issues where (1) of the (6) QL Series Fan doesn't lightup??? Originally I had (1) on Slot #1 and all (6) wouldn't lightup, then I started to switch the RGB wires around and finally I have (5) QL Fans RGB working, but that same QL Fan that was connected originally on Slot #1 is now on Slot #6 and it still doesn't lightup??... I might have to RMA this QL Fan, I hope it won't be an issues since I purchased this as a Tripple Pack and I'm having issues with just a Single.
  10. Hold on before we get into a confusing discussion. Please re-read the last thing I said and look at the 3 link images. Everything seems to be working, but again the RGB Light on the top right Fan is not working. It was the same issue before I previously switched it from channel #1 to now channel # 6. When I did switched #1 to # 6 the other 5 fans lit up, except again for the top right Fan as you can clearly see on the first image inside the case. Now the 2 other links shows images of the iCUE showing everything working fine, yet one fan is not lighting up? It does runs and I can control all Fans, but that specifc Fan doesn't light up?
  11. Here's the link showing both Lighting Node connected to Commander Pro with all Fans working, and it shows on the iCUE but that one # 6 Fan not lighting up? https://imgur.com/S3dm5rZ https://imgur.com/kBBwU4k
  12. Ok. I'm having an issue and I don't know if I did my setup correctly?... I have 8 Fans in total, my problem is (6x 120mm) don't lightup only (2x 140mm) and that's on the NZXT AIO. I purchased (2x Tripple Pack 120mm QL Series Fans) and (1x Pack Double 140mm QL Series) each box comes with a small (iCUE Lighting Node CORE Controller) each 6 Fan Connector with (2x cable one for Sata Power and the other USB 2.0) Now please bare with me trying to explain the setup: Obviously I had to buy The Commander Pro, now I have all 6x 120mm (4pin Power Cable) connected to the Commander Pro inorder to control the Speed and then I connected the 2x (iCUE Lighting Node CORE Controller) to the Commander Pro via the (2x USB connectors on the Pro) so I connect 6x RGB cables to one of the (Lighting Node CORE Controller) and then the 2x 140mm on the other (Lighting Node CORE Controller). On the iCUE Software everything is showing working, except that the 6x 120mm fans are not Lighting up?? I can control the 6x 120mm fan speeds, again the iCUE is showing the 6x 120mm fans RGB running, but not on the actual case??... I'm confused. What's working on iCUE with no issues -Corsair K70 Keyboard. -ST100 RGB Premium Headset Stand. -Corsair Vegeance RGB Pro. -2x 140mm QL Series Fan. Please help me with this situation... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updates: I was switching the RGB cables around and I got 5 out of 6 120mm fans to work, but the last one not lighting up??? https://imgur.com/gallery/jR3XWdw Here's a picture I quickly took to show the top right fan not lighting up...
