  1. Are Drop keyboard PCB's going to be compatible with Corsair iCUE now that Corsair has acquired them because I would love to be able to have a fully custom keyboard and be able to use it with iCUE which is the only thing that prevented me from getting a custom keyboard in the first place as when I first got in to PC building and gaming I started with some Corsair stuff and really liked and got used to being able to control everything with one software and I don't like not being able to synchronise different products with one another and as a result I never went with another brand for software controlled PC parts and peripherals if Corsair had something in the same category for the most part because I like to do everything in the same software which is why I go for Asus MOBO's and GPU's since they are iCUE compatible though I already had an Asus MOBO and GPU in my PC at the time before they partnered with Corsair. I really want to be able to fully customise and control a keyboard from the ground up using iCUE if possible. I would also like to see if you guys do more advanced RGB software control because I was considering getting the Secret Lab Magnus Pro desk and that has an RGB strip which is Nano Leaf compatible and so is iCUE and wanted to know if I could do cool effects like control the RGB of the desk in such a way where if you did a wave effect or make the RGB go from left to right etc it would go through the keyboard and RGB strips simultaneously or if I did the water drops it would drop on to the keyboard from the desk RGB etc...
  2. Is there going to be any helpful replies or not because I would have to end up going for a new headset if this problem persists
  3. I have an issue whenever I launch CSGO or launch the steam overlay in any game or sometimes it happens randomly from other sources but my audio profile changes to a different one which sounds terrible I have the default audio setting set to the "FPS Competition" in the iCUE settings. Windows as well as Dolby also have their own surround sound stuff which are terrible and my only fix seems to be to "enable" of of these 3rd party surround sounds and revert back to not having third party surround control. I just played a game of CSGO and didn't even get to play it right because every 2 minutes the audio kept going worse and I have to keep resetting it. I first encountered it several months ago but it rarely happened back then as it only happened back then if my PC happened to lag whilst the Steam overlay was opened in CSGO but now I can't even open games and sometimes I don't even need to be gaming for it to occur. It ruins the surround sound and makes it pointless if there is no surround sound. I don't know if the problem is with iCUE because when this problem occurs even changing settings in iCUE does nothing and my only fix is to stop iCUE from controlling the audio then reverting back to it because the third party surround sound controllers sound terrible and sometimes introduce static in to the headset if I give up on trying to force iCUE to control the audio
  4. Thanks for the help I wanted to know since most of the time the ROG models are always sold out and the TUF models are almost always significantly cheaper and usually easier to find online and for this generation the TUF models look better since Asus decided to go for a police siren look on the ROG GPU's this generation instead of just plain black or black/silver/grey like usual
  5. Does the RGB control and sync with iCUE work with Asus TUF GPU's too (I have a full Corsair iCUE setup with Corsair peripherals and components and an Asus ROG Strix MOBO and even tried to get a ROG 3080 when it launched but my plan was delayed by scalpers and miners then after that I couldn't get the money to secure a high end GPU to match my high end PC because I needed money for other personal stuff and when I built the PC I ended up putting an old card in just for it to run and the GPU bottlenecks the entire PC AND MONITOR which can do 170Hz @1440p with HDR10+). I remember when it was first announced a couple years back there was no such thing as an RGB GPU from the Asus TUF range and also I think they only had RGB on the Strix line and when they did the partnership they mentioned Asus ROG I think. I want to know if I can sync Asus TUF series cards too as I am finally looking to upgrade after waiting through the pandemic trying to get a GPU for a good price and only recently have enough to go all out on a GPU (that isn't overpriced) and it seems to be hard to find Asus ROG GPU's for MSRP and it is super easy to find Asus TUF GPU's to the point some sites are even discounting them to the point for example where you can literally get a Asus TUF Gaming 3090 for slightly above the price of a Asus ROG Strix 3080 (cheaper 10GB model) and sometimes even the OC versions of the TUF GPU's. I know ROG is slightly higher performance and is the flagship line but what is the point when you can literally jump one GPU tier higher for less money which already guarantees more performance anyway
  6. I built a PC end of 2020 with the Elite Capellix 150i RGB AIO (360mm rad) and when you announced the LCD AIO's I was bummed till I found out it was almost identical to the Elite Capellix AIO's with a screen instead of an RGB cover on the block and that the screen could be purchased separately as an upgrade. I have been waiting months to get an upgrade screen for my AIO since they were announced and here in the UK it is never in stock on the Corsair website and no reputable third party computer parts retailers as far as I am aware sell this upgrade kit BUT recently I wanted to check again and today I did just that and for some reason it redirected me to the USA store page for the upgrade kit instead of the UK one and it's in stock in the USA but when I go to the UK store it is "out of stock" and I even have an email reminder for when this gets in stock in the UK but I have never been reminded as if it has never been in stock on the UK page (I have checked at least 20-30 times since it came out and it's always out of stock). Are you actually selling this in the UK or are you only selling the cooler with screen pre attached here and for me it's probably most likely pointless to ship the screen from abroad as I think I could probably even get a brand new LCD version of this cooler and sell my current one to subsidise the extra cost and I would spend less overall than shipping just the screen upgrade from abroad
  7. I bought the HS80 on Black Friday last year and it has been a good decent headset comfort and quality wise but today the right earcup pad came loose and the problem I have with that was that when I originally unboxed the headset the earcup pads didn't seem removeable at all and today I noticed how the outer fabric is literally just glued to the frame of earcup with the foam inside it though it hasn't fully come apart I find the fact that it doesn't seem replaceable annoying and if it is replaceable then I want to at least be able to get some as I don't even see any accessories for the HS80 on the Corsair store at all and I only see replacement earpads for all the HS series except HS80 (since that has a different earcup shape to the rest of the HS series) and Void series of gaming headsets
  8. When I use the headset with Corsair iCUE I can't get it to run in surround sound mode as in the surround sound button in iCUE does NOTHING on my old Corsair Void Wireless headset (I stopped using it because the earcups were worn out badly and it would sometimes auto disconnect from the PC and I saw the HS80 on a black friday deal) I could just click the srround sound button in iCUE and this would either activate or disable surround sound but the button doesn't work in the software when I use it with my current headset I reinstalled iCUE and tried other stuff too to get this to work because I prefer having surround sound ON and not with a third party application like dolby surround or whatever since for me those didn't seem to work well on my old headset and are not detected as a 5.1 or 7.1 setup in Windows but on my old headset I usually have it with surround sound on and with the clear chat sound profile as to me that sounds the best overall (I know some of the profiles sound better for certain use cases but in general this is the best average sounding one) I know I can make my headset sound a lot better since in Windows there is a thing in the audio settings to test the audio output and see if it working and it will play a sound through the audio device and that sound that it makes sounds way better than the sound I get when I am just using it normally ALSO I tried to get the VoiceMod Pro offer and followed the instructions which do not mention to enter any product keys or whatever and I checked my emails too if I received a product key but nothing even in the spam
  9. I built a PC in December and it worked fine for a couple of weeks then I started noticing crashes on my PC where the PC would turn off and the screen would just go black as if someone pulled the cord on the PC I googled the issue and found out it was a "power kernel 41" issue and could most likely be an issue relating to how the PC powers on or the boot settings if not driver and BIOS updates I did all of those things and still couldn't figure out the problem and as a last resort i updated the BIOS of the MOBO and it didn't seem to have worked at all. Around almost a week after updating the BIOS my PC crashed and then just stopped powering on which was like 3 weeks ago now. The RGB logo on the MOBO would still light up as well as that small power LED thing that is next to the PCIe power on the GPU when I connected the PC to power but pressing the power would not do anything I thought it may be a MOBO problem since I had recently updated the BIOS and returned my MOBO to amazon. I luckily still had a couple of days left on the return policy and claimed it as a broken MOBO and used the refunded cash to buy another one. Even with that new MOBO I had the same problem as in the the RGB logos on the MOBO and the power LED on the GPU would light up but pressing the power button would do nothing (BTW I have a MOBO with onboard power/reset buttons and I even shorted the front panel connectors for the power button with a screwdriver and nothing happened) I looked in to the problem a bit more and think that there's a chance my PSU may be damaged because I doubt that different MOBO's which are also different models would have the same issue and the initial problem of my PC crashing was I just updated the PC specs on my profile the PSU is the Corsair HX1000
  10. OK then I may as well just get a Commander Pro anyway as I would prefer to use the same software to control everything as all my components are from Corsair and for GPU and MOBO I have Asus branded ones so I can still sync lighting with Corsair stuff
  11. My question was can I use fan power splitters on a Commander Core NOT the Commander Pro (the Commander Core has no USB MOBO headers on it and does not have the 2 RGB lighting channels like the Commander Pro and instead only has fan power/LED and an AIO port as well as a single temp sensor) for the extra fans fan power cables side of the fans. I have the Commander Core not the Pro and it came included with my H150i Elite Capellix AIO but as for using a Commander Pro for extra fans I do NOT have one and here in the UK I can almost buy a 3 pack of ML120 RGB fans with a LED control box (as low as £60 if it is on sale or around 70-80 usually and £60 is the price of the Commander Pro which rarely goes on sale and if it does its usually like up to £5 off) or cover almost 2/3's of the cost of the new QL120 fans (£100 MSRP) which makes the Commander Pro seem too expensive if I am only going to need it to power 3 PWM fans on top of what I can do with the Commander Core when I can get a pack of braided fan power adapters for like £5 on amazon and just use the Lighting Node core that come with the extra fans
  12. I recently bought a Cosair H150i Elite Capellix and I want to install 9 fans in my PC I was wondering if I could use fan splitters on the Commander Core (a 2 way splitter on THREE of the 6 included fan power slots but for the RGB on the extra fans I will use a Lighting Node Core that comes included with a multipack of fans) I did a little bit of research and only found some info for the Commander Pro NOT the Commander Core and most people were saying not to use 3 way splitters and a max of around 8 fans but that is for the Commander Pro not the Core but I want to use 2 way splitters on 3 of the fan power slots for the extra 3 fans
  13. I need an AM4 mounting bracket for a H115i V2. I have had this CPU cooler for a while and had replaced it in my personal PC a couple of months ago with the one of those Corsair XT RGB coolers but as this cooler still works was thinking of building a cheaper AMD PC (I was using it on an i7 7700K when I first bought it and bought it before Ryzen was released) that I could hook this up to because I don't think there would be much of a point in me selling this as I won't get much compared to what I payed for it especially since it happens to be a liquid CPU cooler which has a potential to leak which can put people off from buying these things second hand

    Corsair 450D side panel

Can someone PLEASE help been waiting over a week for a response and I haven't received any.
  15. I have the Corsair Obsidian series 450D case which I had stopped using and recently I thought I could use it again in a secondary PC and was looking to replace the acrylic side panel with another that did NOT have acrylic as it was badly scratched and damaged and acrylic scratches easily (rest of the case is in really good condition besides the top fan filter which easily gets scratched by the screws for the top fans). I then noticed how it looked exactly like a mirrored version of the rear right side panel but with an acrylic window in the middle (meaning it was basically the same side panels but the acrylic one is an upside down version of the non acrylic with a cutout for the acrylic) and surely enough when I test flipped the right side panel upside down it fit on the left side of the case perfectly and when I went on the Corsair website and looked for replacement parts to get a replacement right side panel but on the Corsair website they only have the acrylic side panel as a replacement side panel for the 450D and I then started noticing how many different corsair cases seem to have a similar side panel to the 450D as in the photos on the replacement parts section they look like the side panels on the 450D and was wondering if either there is a place I can still get the right side panel from or if there is any non windows side panels for another Corsair case that is available to purchase right now on the Corsair website that matches the right side panel of the 450D
