Hi Corsair support, please take a look at my video above and advise how to fix. For such a high end keyboard, it is highly annoying to have this clicking sound on the Shift key.

Hello Corsair support, I just received my brand new K70 mk2 from amazon.com and the left Shift key makes a loud clicking noise when pressed, while the Enter key makes a softer clicking noise. I understand that my keyboard should be replaced in this case?
