Also looking for a tech support here! I think is the the blue light led is more worn out than other colors. This is my pc used for 3 years, the sec fan was once RMA and I get a new one at mid 2021, the blue light part is more bluish than other fans. The more obvious part is my H100iSE, the blue light is almost gone and only green shows up. I use R=0. G=255. B=255.

hello guys, I played MHW, Apex Legend and COD. The iCUE 3.25.60 is the only stable version I can use. The version after 3.25.60 will freeze my PC randomly with black screen then restart, not only in game. I already disabled any hardware acceleration and tested with iCUE off. My PC works fine while iCUE off. It still froze randomly but only around 1~2 times per week with iCUE off. (compared to 3~5 times per DAY with iCUE ON) Does anyone know what's wrong with this situation? What should I provide to Corsair to diagnose this? I have the same problem too with v3.26.95 , and thx to mrkrgers for the download address. 3.26.95 is totally a tragedy.

Let me guess... You are using asus prime X570 pro MOBO or Gigabyte Elite?

Hey guys, I built my pc last week and my pc keeps freezing then restart every 10~20mins.(when my iCUE is running) But once I turned off the iCUE, the symptom disappeared. I've tried iCUE 3.22.74 ,3.21.88 and the latest. Nothing stops this problem.:wtfman: So, what can I do next? not using iCUE at all? I bought Corsair to make my pc look great but now I just let it shines the default rainbow color.:(: I'm using Asus Prime X570 pro MOBO and the Commander pro will keeps disconnect/reconnect itself, so I use NZXT USB HUB to fix this problem and it works well. I use NZXT USB HUB to fix the Commander pro disconnect problem and it works great. But iCUE still cause my PC crashing. I've tried 3.22.74,3.21.88 and the newest one but still crashing & restart (about 30mins / once).

I was replied by CorsairTW and they told me a way so solve it but not work. And I use NZXT HUB now, it works great with no disconnect/connect & AIO problem at all.

Even worse, my pc randomly crashing and restart after I update to 3.23.66 and my Commander pro still auto disconnect and reconnect to the MOBO(prime x570 pro), the problem is not solve yet.

Hello #14 I have the same problem as you and also have a Prime X570-pro. SO, is that only this Mobo has this compatibility problem?
