Hello Q1) Does the Corsair HX1200i 1200W Power Supply have 3.3v on the SATA Plugs. I wanted to know because I bought a Corsair H115i Platinum RGB but the RGB lights did not work on the pump because my Thermaltake 700W RGB PSU only had 5V and 12V on the data plugs (not 3.3V)? SOLVED: It appear some power supplies DO NOT HAVE a 3.3v wire (orange) connect to SATA plugs, only a yellow, red and 2 blacks. TIP: Check your power cable and count 5 wires and look for an orange wire.

Same problem here, no RGB lights on pump, tried external micro USB to the back of the pc, definitely using straight SATA power, Instant lighting does not work. Yes lights are selected. Sending back.

iCUE is disappointing to use, where is the help menu? F1 does nothing?

When I try and set a fan sped power curve there is was to set a curve (just to set a current fan percentage)

iCUE Version: 3.19.120

Also I cant set my own fan rpm speed power curve, it can only be set as a percentage but not as a curve?

I have plugged in the fan headers and RGB headers for the radiator fans and connected the USB to the mainboard and powered the pump via SATA power? What am I missing is the RGG on the pump head dead?

I have a new Corsair Hydro H115i RGB Platinum CPU Cooler, The RGB is not working on the pump but is on 140mm fans. I have the latest version of iCUE installed and Link 4 and the pump head firmware is 1.01.15. For the life of me I cant get the 'pimp head RGB lights working but I can with the 140MM fans. help
